About kombucha pre-mix
Each pre-mix starts with Taiwanese high-mountain black tea fermented with a SCOBY, which is then made into a powder. Kombucha Powder Pre-Mix is the plain, classic tangy flavour.
For fruit flavours, choose Kombucha Pineapple Pre-Mix, Kombucha Mixed Berries Pre-Mix or Kombucha Grapefruit Pre-Mix. They are not loose tea or a home brewing kit. For tea you steep, try our iced tea range.

What is a kombucha pre-mix?
It is a dry powder made from fermented kombucha. You mix it with water to get a ready-to-drink kombucha in seconds, with no SCOBY to care for and no waiting.
How do I make kombucha from the powder?
Stir 1 teaspoon (8 to 10 grams) into 250 to 300 ml of cold water. Serve over ice, add a squeeze of lemon or lime, or mix it with sparkling water for extra fizz.
Are the kombucha pre-mixes sweetened?
The plain Kombucha Powder Pre-Mix is labeled sugar-free, with no sweetener in its ingredients. The Pineapple Pre-Mix lists erythritol, so check each product page for the full ingredient list.
Do I need to refrigerate the powder?
No. Keep the pouch sealed in a cool, dry place. Once you mix a drink, enjoy it cold right away.
