Most teas in this collection are herbal blends with no tea leaves, so they are caffeine-free. A few blends may include a tea base, so check the ingredients on each product page.
What flavours are in this collection?
You will find floral chamomile and lavender, cool mint, sweet fruit like apple, pineapple and berries, and herbal blends with lemongrass and rose petals.
How do I brew an herbal evening tea?
Use 1 to 1.5 teaspoons per 250 ml cup and water at about 96°C. Steep 4 to 6 minutes. Herbal blends rarely turn bitter, so you can steep longer for a fuller flavour.
How can I make a simple evening tea ritual?
Pick a caffeine-free blend, warm your cup with hot water, and brew a single pot. A little honey or a splash of warm milk works well with chamomile and lavender blends.
