Payment Options

Online purchases from TEALYRA must be made using a credit card or PayPal. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Discover.

Security

Entering your credit card information at TEALYRA online is safe. We have taken the necessary steps to ensure your payment information is processed with accuracy and confidentiality.

When you provide us your personal information to process your online order, we receive this information using a secure Internet server employing the industry standard secure transmission protocol known as TLS (Transport Layer Security). TLS encrypts all personal information you send us, ensuring that this information is sent to us in a private and secure manner. Once received, all of your personal information is protected against unauthorized access.

We have the highest connection security rating according to the online laboratory SSL Labs and an automatic system to prevent web attacks and vulnerability scans.

Store Name on Your Statement

Your purchases will appear as “THELUX TEA STORE” or “Tealyra Store” on your credit card statement.

We at TEALYRA are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information you provide during online purchasing to process your online orders only. We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. TEALYRA may release account information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to either comply with law, enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or protect the rights, property or safety of TEALYRA, our users, or others. We collect no other personal information about you other than what you provide during the checkout process.

Personal Information Collected

In order to process your online order, we require your name, email address, credit card number, expiration date, the name and billing address of your credit card, shipping address if different than your credit card billing address, and a contact phone number. This allows us to process and fulfill your order and to notify you of your order status.

If you want to delete your personal data, you can do so in your personal account on our website. After deletion, we keep only the data in your orders. If you also want to delete information about your orders, please send an additional request to our support team.

Protecting Your Personal Information

A TEALYRA representative will only ask you for credit card information if they are taking an order placed by phone. We will never contact you by phone or email to ask for your credit card information. If you receive a phone call or email requesting such information, DO NOT PROVIDE ANY PERSONAL OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION. Instead, contact us and let us know that you have been contacted. TEALYRA representatives may contact you by phone or email to confirm the details of your order if required for fulfillment.

Consent

By using our website, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by TEALYRA. If we change our Privacy policy, we will post the changes to this page so that you are always aware of the information we collect, how we use it and under what circumstances we disclose it.

Buyer agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts and waives any claim that venue is improper for any reason in these courts.

Text Message Terms & Conditions

General. When you opt in to the service, we will send you a message to confirm your signup. By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Tealyra. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.

Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Tealyra. Tealyra reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Tealyra also reserves the right to change the short code, phone number or alphanumeric sender from which messages are sent.

Your usual message and data rates may apply. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your mobile provider. Your mobile provider is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of purchase.

Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Cancellation. Messages will provide instructions to unsubscribe either by texting STOP or through an included link. After you unsubscribe, we will send you a message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed and no more messages will be sent. If you would like to receive messages from Tealyra again, just sign up as you did the first time and Tealyra will start sending messages to you again.

If we include a link in messages we send you from Tealyra, you may also access instructions on how to unsubscribe and our company information by following that link.

Transfer of number. You agree that before changing your mobile number or transferring your mobile number to another individual, you will either reply “STOP” from the original number or notify us of your old number at support [at] tealyra.com. The duty to inform us based on the above events is a condition of using this service to receive messages.

Privacy. If you have any questions about your data or our privacy practices, please read the sections above or contact us.

Messaging terms changes. We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. If you do not agree to a change to these Messaging Terms, you should cancel your enrollment with our messaging program.
