032 - 3 minGive it a momentLet the tea steep, then remove the leaves.
04Your perfect cupSip and enjoyTaste it plain first, then make it your own.

A little steeping tipBefore the first cup, rinse the leaves briefly with hot water and pour it off. Pu-erh can be steeped many times — each cup smoother than the last.

Preparation:

Use 1 TSP or 1 BAG per 200ml of water at 95°C and steep for 2-3 min.

What a wonderful tea! I loved the chocolatey aroma when I opened the package and could hardly wait for a sip! It did not disappoint! Each sip kept getting better. This will definitely be on my 'buy again' list and at the rate I'm consuming it, it will come earlier than later :-)

The aroma from the bag is decadent! I add this to Pu'erh Coconut Cacao with Vanilla Rock Sugar...Ummmmm. I have shared this with people who don't drink tea ( start them off with something they know). Move over hot chocolate!

This tee was really enjoyable! I brewed it at least twice with each pot. The first was a wonderful mix of hot chocolate and dark tea. There was more than enough cocoa left in the tea on the second round to still let the cocoa come forward. Will keep this one on my list of regulars.

Update! I judged too soon. After 2nd and 3rd brewing it really smoothed out and the cocoa flavor was still present! Got a good 8 or 9 sessions out of it. This is a wonderful tea!

UNBELIEVABLE! Somehow, they've managed to make a cocoa blend that doesn't dominate the flavor of the pu-erh but just softens the tones for a perfectly blended flavor. Highly recommend this tea. It creates a a unique smoothness to the pu-erh with subtle tones of cocoa. This has become my favorite morning tea, and I am a big fan of the earthy tones in the raw pu-erh, but with this tea I actually enjoy them being muted a bit to increase the hint of sweetness from the cocoa. Very well done!

I brew Gong Fu style, so you get a nice chocolate 1st brew but loose the cocoa flavor after 1st brew. But the Pu'erh is a good enough quality that subsequent brews are quite pleasant. A very smooth tea. I think the only way to get the cocoa flavor through all sessions you would need to some how infuse the tea leaves. Slight astringent tea, earthy but ends on a smooth sweet note. Would buy again!

I ordered this because of favorable reviews. Personally I would prefer to have either tea or cocoa and not cocoa flavored tea. It's okay.
